Before entering the villa, the hopeful was confident of his abilities to find a girl in the villa, saying: ‘Listen, there’s only one David Salako. There we go.
‘If you’re in a relationship with me, it’s going to be nothing but good fun, vibes. I think I see well too.’
Asked why he was single, David replied: ‘I’m great – I haven’t met the right one yet. The person you’re going to meet is never going to be perfect, but I’ve got my standards, yeah.’

Recalling his worst dating experience, David said he once went out with a girl who took issue with the number of women he had on social media.
He recalled: ‘I met someone through an app, she was messaging me all the time. When I met her, she said, “I have reduced your social media followers, you follow a lot of girls.”
‘If I was in a relationship with someone, I wouldn’t want them following so many girls.’ “This is too much for me,” I told him.
Asked if he falls in love quickly, David said: ‘I’m in the middle. If I like you, I will put my full 100% into you and that might make me like you sooner.’
